Friendly and accommodating. Clean and spacious. Quiet for the most part. Great location.
The free breakfast was very tasty and abundant when it was there. Soccer teams came and wiped out the breakfast, and little effort was made without prodding to refill, and once even prodding did not bring more food. Our last morning we were warned that the breakfast would be cleared out really early for a conference. At 7am, the breakfast was quickly cleaned out. We were informed that the free breakfast is only for large groups, which seemed to differ with the advertisements.
Loud and no breakfast! Stayed with small child for 4 days. My 3 years old son was quieter than the pack of football players running up and down the halls!! We were here for a big state exam and needed quiet to study. Despite numerous complaints, they continued to be noisy through late in to the night.
At this moment we're in the worse hurricane on record. The staff is fantastic; calm, smiling & helpful on all subjects. Chef, cook or ? came in specifically to make us a wonderful hot breakfast.
There was a smell like cigar smoke as we walked into the 3rd floor off the elevator, but it faded after a day. The hot tub did not work for the duration of our stay and it did not appear that any effort was being made to fix it.
Housekeeping and front staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I understand they cannot control everyone staying here.
Well maintained, clean rooms at a reasonable price. Very accommodating. Will stay here again.
Despite being assured a roll-out cot/bed during reservation, we were told they had none. Even the discounted price was substantially higher than comparable rooms nearby, given the weak amenities, lack of breakfast most mornings, and lack of a cot.
The room was clean and comfortable, the gym is small but in very good condition. The location was excellent.
Considering the amount we pay for the room, you'd think they would provide something for breakfast, besides a $5 bagel!
People are awesome. Super nice, very helpful.
