The food was off the chain. Service was awesome. All in all a great experience. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food as well. My vegetarian dish was very good.
The right hand side of the restaurant especially towards the back and far side was freezing cold! We, along with other customers, asked several times for the air to be adjusted warmer. The answers that came back ranged from: "we've already made an adjustment" to "we know we can't do much about it" to "we turned off completely, but it's still blowing, and we don't know why."
We were ignored for a bit then served... had to ask for everything. .. food was good... that's the only good part about our experience
Since we hadn't ordered yet, we told our server that unfortunately we couldn't stay. She then suggested we sit on the left hand side of the restaurant, which is a glass-covered seating are in direct sunlight.
That meal my friend and I them had turned out to be very special, as he happened to die only days later. The food was great; we litterly licked our plates clean. Just thinking about the food makes me want to go there right now, but it is so noisy but inside. It doesn't help that their decor resembles a rural junkyard of sorts.
Although our waitress was friendly when I ordered the ribs that was all i got. I Had ordered fries and roasted corn. I had to ask for the corn twice and my fries were cold and limp when they came and she promised to get me fresh ones which I never did receive. Then I finally got my sauce for the ribs when I had about 4 of them left. I had also asked for a small amount of mayonnaise which never came and quite frankly I gave up on. Along with some more tea. Overall it was disappointing to say the least as I have always enjoyed my meals at Chili's and just the week before I had one of the best ribeyes I have had in a long time! My friends and I like to eat there on Sunday nights but will have to be looking elsewhere now. Thank you for your time.
We hadn't been to this location in a while and may not EVER return. We had my Son's surprise 10th birthday celebration there on 11/10/17 (he chose Chili's) and had a total of 20 guests, 11 adults and 9 kids, including my Son. I called a day ahead and that afternoon to confirm we were coming and how many. They had the space ready but the service was NOT good. Mind you, our waitress Ashley did a good job (as much as she could) even though they gave her 2 more tables to wait on after getting a group of 20 which made NO sense to me. She should have had help, or only had to wait on us instead of adding more tables for her to wait on. It took way too long to get drinks, appetizers & the food. We were there 3 1/2 hrs and a couple of my guests left towards the end and the kids got very restless and tired. Me and my husband had a $91.40 tab (ord'd appetizers for guests) and then gave a tip of almost $14 dollars for a total of $105.11. The best thing I had was appetizers cause my food was HORRIBLE. The Salmon was dry and the broccoli was dry and old, the margarita which was supposed to be the top shelf Patron tasted like lime water with a bunch of ice. Another one of my guests ord'd the Salmon as well and was also dissatisfied. We sent the broccoli back and by the time more came out the rest of the food was cold and I just asked for a to go box so we could leave. I didn't want to make a scene to ruin my Son's night but did speak to who I thought was the manager as I was waiting for my credit card to return and the guy just stood there and looked at me, didn't say I'm sorry, what can we do to remedy this, NOTHING. Then some lady who I assume was over him came and asked me to tell her the problem and her response was, Oh, the next time we have a party this big, we'll have two servers. REALLY...........the next time, what about my time, my guests time, my Son's time. That was so RUDE and didn't feel like I was compensated for anything and a COMPLETE waste of my money! They need to do better................
