I've been in FL for about two years and went to Olde Towne based on a recommendation that I did not take, that was to go to a competitor. Reading the reviews I decided to come here for servicing my MTB and road bikes. Tommy is very attentive and customer oriented. All my experiences and interactions (servicing and pricing) have been great. I highly recommend them.
We were looking for a bike rack for our car. I called half a dozen places and this was the only one who didn't speak ill of other bike shops who were surly "going to try and rip us off." We bought the rack and then we later bought two new bikes, and we couldn't be happier. They've helped us be better riders and so we ride more often, and that was the whole point. So if you want service go here, if you want knowledge go here, if you want to feel good about supporting a local business and good people who own it, go here. We are surerly customers for life.
I have been to this shop many times for repairs and to order parts. Theresa and Tommy are very knowledgeable and love cycling. Plus who doesn’t love shop dogs!!! Highly recommended! You need anything bike related this is the place!

Don't bother with any other shop. These guys vouch for and ride what they sell, other shops are often obligated to stock a certain amount of a company's product because of contractual obligations.
