Had a great experience, they were quick and very professional. I was most impressed with their tech Jose who was extremely knowledgeable and polite! I would highly recommend Pro-Tech and plan to use them for any future AC needs.
When my A/C broke on a Sunday afternoon I thought I was out of luck. From a recommendation of a friend I called Pro-Tech. They had a courteous and knowledgeable technician at my home within an hour, and my A/C fixed within the hour after that. It is more than a year later and the A/C unit works great still. I would recommend them for any of your A/C repairs.
Tech came and replaced a brand new thermostat saying it was incompatible with unit, needless to say it was compatible. Removed wires from duct smoke detector trying to diagnose problem then wrote it was already disconnected. Quoted one price to me on phone so I gave C.C. info and then charge came through nearly twice as much. Called to complain was told some one would contact me back, never happened. If they do this to a religious organization I can only imagine what they'll do to a residential customer.
Highly recommend Pro-Tech. Fair pricing with quality products, attention to detail, and great customer service. A+ overall.
