I was very impressed with this pharmacy. The pharmacist (Robert) called me to inform me that my medication was approved. He also took time to discuss the medication in depth with me and ease any concerns that I may of had. The medicine was overnighted and arrived exactly when they said it would arrive. Skyemed applied for the co-pay assistance on my behalf before even telling me the medicine had been approved. Thank you very much for that. I unfortunately was forced to transfer the script to Aetna Specialty pharmacy. Aetna wanted me to pay the full co-pay or reapply for the co-pay assistance but did not even tell me how I would go about doing that. So I called Francesca at Skeymed to see if she could assist me in this situation as it was very frustrating. She was extremely helpful. She gave me all the information that I needed. I honestly wish I could have kept using Skyemed. And will use them again in the future.
