This time, Susan was our waitress.
Longhorn is always delicious! The quality of the steaks are right up there with any of the steakhouses around. The drinks are phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and opt for the top shelf liquor. They've recently reduced the number of sides that come with your dinner as a way of raising the prices without actually raising the prices. My lunch sized meal now cost me a dinner price and that's disappointing. Still love the steaks though!
I disputed my bill and in the end everything was supposedly taken care of. They gave me both receipts with the transactions. I just checked my account and the server, or whomever made the final charge, changed a number 3 to a number 8! I was very specific when I wrote my numbers so that overcharge was NOT a simple "mistake." I am so angry right now!!!
So, my wife and I go to our local (Lake Mary, FL) Longhorns and we are greeted at the door and we are also greeted by, what I can only explain, is that odor that those cubes put out that are in the men's urinals.
Susan helped us to our booth and carefully helped my wife become seated.
We could not escape the smell of this spritzer they have over the main entrance.
The salad seemed like it was just thrown into the bowl and it didn't have much of a flavor. Now we have eaten here plenty of times so we did have a level of expectations.
My wife as a back problem and recently had surgery.
Time for dessert, at this point my wife has to leave because the smell was so bad she began coughing. I got the dessert to go and as I left I found my wife at the side of the steakhouse coughing over and over again. The manager was doing rounds outside and he knew we were not happy because we had mentioned the smell while we were eating. He saw my wife coughing and his departing words were; "Hope you feel better. Have a good night".
Her friendly smile and kindness was shown not only to us but to all of the others that she was helping enjoy their dinners.
She had served us many times previously.

The steak was really good but the aroma of the steak was suppressed by that nasty smell of the spritzer at the entrance. Really, that HAS TO GO!
I will NEVER visit this location again!!! My friends and I ate there last week and come to find out, they overcharged me! What I signed for on my bill was one thing and, in the long-run, what they took was another!!
WOW! What a wonderful dinner we had.
Dirties restuarant i have been in and the whole place smelled like a urinal cake. Food was good and service was great. This place gives the Long Horn franchise a bad rap. It needs some serious attention in the cleanliness department
There is a special booth that is very comfortable for her.
I will never return to this Longhorn's, that's for certain. There is another Longhorns in the next town so we will try that out.
Her kindness, personality and smile will bring us back to the Lake Mary Longhorn restaurant many more times.

Call me "old fashion" but the best part of walking into a steakhouse is smelling the steak as it sizzles on the grill. It just doesn't get any better than that!

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy Longhorns. It's far better than Ruth Chris's. We just can't take that nasty smell.
