I think some of these reviews were intended for the other The UPS Store in Lake Mary, and you can verify that with this store's hundreds of regular customers who have also been coming here forever, some since it opened nearly 15 years ago. I will be coming here for as long as I live within an hour radius- Eight years going strong! I've been to many The UPS Store stores and because they're all franchised anything can happen, but this ones by far the best.
This is the best UPS Store I've been to yet! The owners are caring, hard working, and willing to answer questions! Most of the employees and the manager really care about their job and are all about the customer. Go here if you want great service and to get all your mailing, shipping, and office needs met! I don't go to any other UPS store. Lifetime customer! :)

The staff at this store is amazing! They are always able to help me and go above and beyond for their customers. I try to always go to this location because of the outstanding service. I wish every location operated like this one!
The rudest employees! I went to get my fingerprints done and the ladies in the store weren't helpful at all even refused to speak to my employer who was trying to explain the new process for fingerprinting. I don't recommend the store! Horrible experience!
