I installed their XDVD156BT in my van. It works great, although I called to see what the USB video specs should be. My first call they went to get help and told me that it supports AVI and MP4 at 720 x 480 resolution. I asked, so the manual is incorrect. They then told me most definitely.
After I still couldn't get the video playing I called back and they told me that the manual was correct. I am now converting mpeg 2 which I tried before just at the resolution they gave me. If this doesn't work they told me to replace the unit. Sure a lot of wasted time on things they should know.
