This company is horrible. I have rented two cars on two occasions. The first rental they over-charged me. The 2nd rental they added another day to my rental even though I dropped the car off on time. And now they added a $297 charge saying I smoked in the car and I'm a non-smoker. These people are scammers. I will never rent from them again and I suggest you stay away.
UPDATE: Unbelievably, this agent tried to charge my daughter for a full-size car, while giving her a standard car! When she discovered the error, he "cooked the books" so that it didn't show in their system. I'm going to stop here, even though the horrible experience did not!! Budget, Westin, and their attorneys will be informed!!!
I swap back and forth between AVIS and Budget here, they don't have the same rates. But the same couple runs it. Great team. Great Service.
I'd actually like to give them 1/2 star!! My daughter reserved a car with them on line, but had a problem with her card. She had to cancel her reservation because this location was not equipped to take her pre-paid debit card. However, this location tried to charge her $150.00 to CANCEL the reservation!!! My daughter returned with a different card, reserved her car, and when she was taken to the car, IT WAS FILTHY INSIDE & OUT. All that the owner/agent could say was, "really it looks fine to me" along with eventually saying, "I don't have time to wash cars". He finally washed the car, however the inside is still dirty. If my daughter had any other choice, these inconsiderate people would not be getting a penny!!
