This is a one person company who outsources your taxes to another accountant so you should start elsewhere first and cut out the middle man. Not sure where the "associates" were unless he has a split personality. Called and made an appointment 2/15. Met him and gave most of our paperwork for our small business 2/20. Never met him at an office. My bf had to meet him at random public places. I'm sure that picture isn't his "office". Impossible to get a hold of, every time called or texted, said he's missing this or that. My bf had to basically call him and harrass him early APRIL to see if we were going to have them filed by 4/15. Tells him out of nowhere he owes thousands of dollars when my bf said he was expecting a credit in early March and he said nothing. You wait until the week before 4/15 to drop that on a person? Oh, and in his rush to finish his taxes at the last second, forwarded an email to my bf and let it slip that he outsourced his taxes to a place in NY we never agreed upon. Socials, account #s, given to a third party without consent. Nope. One man show. Pissed (still obviously, it's October now, just came across the business and vowed to do what I said I'd do and leave a bad review to save anyone else the trouble) that we had to rush to another accountant to fix it, whatever was screwed up with it, for one thing rent for the business was wrong. A basic number that was figured. Wrong. He handed the paperwork back to my bf and said " Sorry it didn't work out." He knew he messed up. Go ANYWHERE else!
